Purchasing Products
The Site allows you to purchase various Cozy Companions® Hair Dryer models and related accessories. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to purchase the products you have selected and to pay the advertised price plus any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
All payments must be made by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. You represent that you are authorized to use the credit card you provide and that any information you supply is true and accurate.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders we believe have been placed fraudulently. In the event we cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you and issue a refund to the credit card used for the purchase.
Availability and pricing of products may vary over time. We cannot guarantee that items you have added to your Shopping Cart will still be available by the time you complete your order. We also reserve the right to discontinue products or change prices at any time without notice.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout based on your shipping address. You agree to pay any shipping costs disclosed to you before completing your purchase.
We aim to ship orders within 2 business days, but actual ship times may vary based on availability. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking information when your order ships.
Title and risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. We cannot accept liability for lost or stolen packages.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with a product you have purchased from Cozy Companions, you may return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original new condition, and in original packaging. You must return the item within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage until your return is processed.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds in these situations:
- The product was damaged after delivery due to improper use or unauthorized repairs
- The product was not purchased directly from CozyCompanions.com
- The return request is made more than 30 days after product delivery
Sale items or promotional offers may have different or limited return policies. Be sure to check the specific return policy applicable to your purchase.
If you receive a defective, broken, or wrongly shipped item, please contact us right away and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund.
Promotions and Discounts
Cozy Companions may offer periodic promotions and discount codes. Promotion eligibility and discount validity will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Cozy Companions reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. Promotional offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
Only one promotion code may be used per order. Promotion codes are non-transferrable, cannot be resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
